Released in 2019, WORKING TOUCH features two films shot in 1988 and 1989 in China and Japan respectively, set to music composed/created between October 2013 and February 2016.

Phill Niblock (b. 1933, USA) is an artist whose fifty-year career spans minimalist and experimental music, film, and photography. Since 1985 he has served as director of Experimental Intermedia (XI). Founded in 1968 by Elaine Summers, XI is a 501(c)(3) non-profit that provides organisational support for artists working in intermedia forms. It is located in New York, with a branch in Ghent.
